It's An Aries Thing
Aries energy is often described as bold and fast-moving, but that’s only part of the picture. You’ve got a personality that can switch between confident drive and quiet frustration depending on the situation. While you naturally push forward in life, there are still moments where things don’t align with your pace or expectations.
1. Impatience With Slow Progress
You want things to happen yesterday. Waiting is the absolute worst for you. When things are moving slowly, you get anxious or try to rush before you’re ready. You might forget important details by doing this, though. Being patient is one of your weaknesses.
2. Reacting Before Thinking Things Through
You have a lot of trust in your gut instincts and often act on them right away. While this works out well sometimes, other times you find yourself saying things you don’t mean in the heat of the moment. After calming down, you realize there were other options.
3. Struggling to Accept Authority
Being told what to do and how to do it is not something that comes naturally to you. If you feel like rules are placed on you to restrict you without reason, you’ll feel irritated. You may even let people know how you feel, which motivates you to break them.
4. Difficulty Staying Consistent
You tend to jump into things with both feet. You’re all passionate and fiery until things slow down and that’s when your interest falters. You might abandon a lot of unfinished projects and get frustrated with yourself when you see them.

5. Taking Things Personally
Underneath it all, you have a sensitive soul. Sometimes people say things that bother you more than you let on. You might dwell on what was said longer than you’re willing to admit.
6. Struggling With Patience in Relationships
Friendships and relationships require you to take things slow sometimes. You want everything to progress with meaning and momentum. You might feel insecure or nervous when people take a long time to reply or open up to you.

7. Overconfidence in Decision-Making
You have great trust in your ability to make sound decisions. You’re great at taking charge, but sometimes you don’t see the value in listening to others. You may find yourself pushing forward without consulting others because you’re sure you’re right.
8. Trouble Letting Go of Arguments
If you know you’re right about something, you’ll find it difficult to let go after an argument. You’ll continue to think about what they said and how you could’ve said it better. Hanging on to arguments take up a lot of your energy and keeps you feeling angry longer.
9. Restlessness When Things Feel Repetitive
Being cooped up too long feels like jail to you. You love moving around and exploring your environment. When things are monotonous you have a hard time focusing until you move on to something new. You never let things settle before you jump at the next adventure.
10. Hiding Vulnerability Behind Strength
To anyone who doesn’t know you, you appear strong and like you’ve got it all together. You hate asking for help and would rather try to do things on your own. You allow yourself to build up pressure inside you that isn’t healthy. Letting others help you makes you stronger not weak..
Now that we talked about things Aries struggle with, here are 10 things they thrive at.
1. Taking Initiative Without Hesitation
You excel when something needs to get going and nobody else is taking action. Most people might freeze up, but you jump right in without analyzing the situation too much. You’re quick to react and it serves you well when you’re faced with time sensitive decisions.
2. Leading Group Situations
If everyone around you is lost, you’ll probably take charge and speak up with authority. You don’t mind being dominant and telling others what to do to feel more organized. Things may not always be perfect, but they’ll never fall apart with you in charge.
3. Thriving in Competitive Environments
You perform better when you have something or someone to compete against. High energy situations where everyone is working towards the same goal energize you, rather than drain you. You tend to step up your game when others may fold under pressure.
4. Handling High-Energy Situations
High intensity situations don’t typically faze you. In most cases, other people tend to think too much or slowly compared to you. You thrive when you’re constantly going and working, whether it be at work or at the gym.

5. Speaking Your Mind Directly
You typically don’t find it difficult to say what’s on your mind. Sometimes you can be too honest, but at least people won’t misunderstand what you’re trying to say. Others will always know where they stand with you which can build trust.
6. Starting New Projects With Enthusiasm
Ideas and new projects get you more excited than anything else. You don’t wait for other people to get hyped before you jump on board. In fact, you’re usually most energetic in the beginning stages of anything.
7. Standing Up for Yourself and Others
You don’t hesitate to stand up for yourself if you believe you’re in the right. You also possess that same energy when it comes to defending your friends. You aren’t afraid to fight if someone or something you believe in is pushed too far.
8. Pushing Through Physical Challenges
You seem to have more energy when your body is in constant movement. Whether it be at a sprint or jogging pace, you’ll excel at things that require your physicality. Events that require endurance typically allow you to be the most competitive you can be.
9. Adapting Quickly to Change
When something doesn’t go your way once, you’ll likely just move on and try a different approach. You don’t like dwelling on things that you cannot control and prefer taking action. Other people may get frustrated but you’ll quickly think of a solution to your problem.
10. Motivating Others Through Confidence
Others tend to feed off your energy without you even knowing. If you believe you can get something done, so will other people. You don’t have to try and force people to be motivated, they’ll catch onto your confidence.
